Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee that we will fulfill your order, especially in cases of incorrect pricing or stock issues.
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated timeframe provided. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect items will be subject to a 20% handling fee.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, may not be eligible for return.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including loss of data or profits.
In the event of an issue with a product, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item.
